Thing 19 - Google Docs

In her job, Ms. Paige Turner has used Google Docs by submitting library usage reports to her supervisor. It is an easy way to share information throughout the district and provides a way for the supervisor to sort the usage reports.

Ms. Turner read some of the GoogleDoc blog. There are so many possibilities with GoogleDocs and she can think of many ways to use this resource in her school library. Here are some ways to use GoogleDocs: voting for a favorite book, surveying students and teachers, presentations, and sharing word documents (announcements). Ms. Turner is really turning the page on web 2.0 with this Thing!
