Ms. Paige Turner has certainly "turned the page" on technology and experienced many new Things! She is very thankful to those who created this site and encouraged those of us who had not advanced into the social network or who had not created a google doc.
Ms. Turner's favorites were Flickr, Blog Readers, mashups, LibraryThing and GoogleDocs. Her least favorite Thing was probably Ning. The challenge for Ms. Turner was joining the social networks. It was very hard for her to "get out there" and network. She learned that she could handle the world wide web of socializing and be a part of the communities of her interest. The new technologies she plans to use in her library include: "stepping up" the school library blog and wiki to a new level by using the many features found in the 23 Things (mashups, RSS feeds, GoogleDocs, and podcasts to name a few).
